He deserved to get a lot of heat for his comments, but he apologized, I think it's time to let him off the hook. Pearl said this at a fund raiser for a charity: "I've got a tough job. I've got to put these guys from different worlds together, right? I've got guys from Chicago, Detroit ... I'm talking about the 'hood! And I've got guys from Grainger County, where they wear the hood.'' Some people at a Memphis board were posting that picture and I think it's just wrong.
