Everyone around him needs to be telling him to cut his [expletive] and just sign a damn contract. He hasn't proven anything at the professional level yet. He needs to suck it up, prove himself, and then demand more money later. This is why I think all rookie athletes need to have some sort of scale that they need to sign between so this sort of thing doesn't happen.
