Guest N4S
After months of holding out, wide receiver Michael Crabtree has agreed to a contract with the San Francisco 49ers, league sources tell ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. Crabtree will get a six-year deal that he can void to five years if he meets undefined performance clauses, a league source told ESPN's Michael Smith. The 22-year-old Crabtree is expected to report to the team's training facility Wednesday. Crabtree and agent Eugene Parker met into the early-morning hours Wednesday with 49ers owner Jed York, general manager Scot McCloughan and Paraag Marathe, vice president of football operations. The two sides had gone almost three weeks without talking. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4538482 Edited October 7, 2009 by N4S

Mentch
Michael Crabtree will be a bust, quote me on that, seeing as he missed lots of training camp and actual preseason games, he doesn't have enough experience to make an impact. He'll be better next year, but I agree that I think he'll end up being a bust.

CaliCurbStomppa
3-1, lost to the Vikings. lol thanks for reminding me. I felt they were undefeated after they raped the Rams but yea he probably know if he doesnt sign with 49ers he will go to a much worse team next year in draft

EastCoastNiner
You know this how? I watched the press conference, and I have seen how Mike Singletary treats his players.
EastCoastNiner
Well, if you didn't believe before that the New York Jets were tampering with Michael Crabtree, the Bradylon Edwards trade is a dead giveaway that those slimy [expletive]ing bastards were tampering with him.
