MainEv3nt
Shawn Marion said he expects to be sidelined from seven to 10 days with his sore left calf. "It's one of those things that if you don't let it heal, it can linger," he said. "And I don't want it to linger. I was trying to play through it a little and I actually tweaked it a little more in the last game. "So I'm just rehabbing and getting some shots up." http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/62137/20091015/marion_out_7_to_10_days/ i hope this dont be a problem in the long run but i bet it will. mav4life
Man he should definately stay out of playing for a while. He's not as young as he used to be and he wont heal the way he used to. The Mavs cant afford to let him get injured simply because Howard is also injured and this would really set the mavs back at the start of the season. I'm really liking the addition of marion though, i think it was a great pickup. I just wish we still had Devin HArris, hes one of my favroite players to ever play with big D
Dr. Feelgood
He needs to definitely rest up, it'd be nice to see Marion turn his career around but I think with a good PG like Kidd (before having Nash), he'll be able to play a lot better.
