Super Cool Beas
Dwyane Wade returned to the floor and both Mario Chalmers and Michael Beasley played in familiar territory as Miami got their first pre-season win Thursday night. Beasley had 11 points and 11 rebounds as the Heat defeated the New Orleans Hornets, 97-81, in front of a crowd of over 17,000 at the Sprint Center in the heart of Kansas. Along with the return of Chalmers and Beasley, the Kansas crowd welcomed back the return of Hornets F Julian Wright. Miami opened both the first and second quarters on a 17-4 run and didn't look back. Dwyane Wade returned to the court after missing 2 games with a rib injury. Wade posted 14 points and 6 assists in 23 minutes of play. Daequan Cook lead the Heat offense with 15 points.
Owner Real Deal Posted October 16, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted October 16, 2009 Need a link with all articles posted, bro. And...welcome to the site. By the way, Kansas City is the heart of the United States, not exactly the heart of Kansas. The bigger part of KC is in Missouri. Just a fun fact. Flash
Beasley looks great so far. Very excited to see what he can do now as a starter.

Super Cool Beas
I think he wrote it up himself, because a google search of the first paragraph brings up nothing^ What he said. Doesn't my typo about playing "in the heart of Kansas" sort of give it away?
Owner Real Deal Posted October 17, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted October 17, 2009 Nah, I've seen quite a few bloggers make small mistakes like that...and, really, it's not that big of a deal to begin with.
