Phightins
Baseball playoff games are just like regular season games IMO. That stadium was near silent for most of the night and it was a close game. Are you kidding? Lol. Well, about the first part of your statement.  You also have to remember that network TV muffles crowd noise big time. It's a major disappointment, especially when you're watching with surround sound. They want to make sure that the only thing the fans hear is the sound of Joe Buck and Tim McCarver's voice. If you get the chance to go to a playoff game, trust me, it is nothing like the regular season lol.
Phightins
Cliff Lee in the postseason thus far.... 4 starts, 3-0, 0.54 ERA, 30 Ks, 3 walks, 2 CG. Not too shabby.

Guest N4S
Anyone noticed how the Yanks fans were leaving in the 8th inning? Â And then the ball for them to chant Philly Sucks in the 9th.

And then the ball for them to chant Philly Sucks in the 9th.Yeah Yankees fans are like that, not talking about anyone on this board. As a group they are front runners who will Boo a 100 win team at will. Let's not forget how much they hated A-rod and now he's everyone hero. Also I guess they are back to Booing Phil Hughes too lol. Cobb
I have a feeling the Yankees will come out and win Game 2. Hopefully, I'm wrong and the Phillies will win it though.

Hopefully, I'm wrong and the Phillies will win it though.I'm sorry but I have to question your fanhood. How are you a Braves fan and rooting for the Phillies? The same Phillies that disrespected your team and declared themselves the class of the division. Just because the Yankees have a big pay roll? It's an open market the Phillies could spend just as much money as the Yankees do. So you are rooting against the Yankees because they have dedicated owners who invest back into the team? I could never root for the Phillies or Braves ever in my life.

Phightins
I think we will know pretty quickly whether or not Pedro has "it" tonight. He is known for [expletive]ty first innings, but I have a feeling Charlie will have him on a short leash.
