When Bibby came it allowed them to have a savvy playmaker to lead them, but Josh Smith needs to step up and become a top 5 PF, something he has the ability to do. Josh Smith has the potential to be the second most valuable, but he really needs to step up and assume his expected position as one of the top power forwards in the league.
