I'd say, first check to see what the Heat can grab in free agency, then resign O'Neal if there are no better options or if there is still enough cap room. I thought Bosh and Jermaine did not work well in T-Dot; Also considering Haslem is playing a back up role to Beasley I don't think there will be room for Jermaine if you guys get Bosh.
