TheNextBestThing
It's Grant Hill. I'm sure about this one. Barbosa brings excellent offensive punch. He has a superior outside shot, he's insanely fast, and finishes well at the rim. However, he has no ability to run an offense as a point guard. So, we have to play him with a true point man, which results in size mismatches. In the 2008 playoffs, we lost game 1 to the Spurs because Michael Finley took Leandro apart (4-for-4 in the last few minutes, if I remember correctly). Grant Hill is not as explosive, but I credit him for playing at least acceptable defense. He has a very respectable jumper, and runs the floor well. Factor in his size advantage over Barbosa (5 inches), and you're dealing with a more complete, more valuable player.
PapaDoink
Hill because we need as much defense as we can get since we have none and he at least plays more than Barbosa and Hill is great at mid range shots IMO.
