After watching the Bulls/Spurs game, seeing how slow the Spurs can be on a back-to-back and how much trouble they had staying with a fast-paced, young team such as Chicago...would you say it's about time we write them off as West champs because of their age? Duncan has at least 2 years left, Parker is still young and Giniboli is still a threat off the bench. RJ is about the same age as Parker, so i think they some some fuel left. Would you trade the Kobe you have now for 23-year old Kobe? He could jump higher and run faster. He would also be an uncoachable crybaby that would rather have his molars removed than pass the ball. The Spurs are still a legitimate championship contender. And given that they have the best scouting in the league (no contest), that's not going to change for a while.
