MainEv3nt
Brian Windhorst believes that the Cavs may be preparing to play the rest of the season without Delonte West. On Thursday, West missed the team's game in Miami, perhaps due to a fear of flying. Coach Mike Brown said that he is ready to coach the team with or without West. "My comfort level isn't affected," Brown said. "I have a feel that we should go certain ways when he's playing and when he's not. I'm good either way." LeBron James expressed support for West and said the team is not distracted by his absence. http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/62739/20091113/cavs_preparing_for_life_after_delonte/ what drugs is this guy on? JWaLL
Fear of flying...? They couldn't think of a better excuse? Unless the writer was being sarcastic.

Owner Real Deal Posted November 13, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted November 13, 2009 Called this one. He's getting traded, or he's just going to have limited minutes (meaning, hardly any). Cleveland should make a strong, strong push for Michael Redd, who should be on the block now that Brandon Jennings has ripped his jersey from the walls of Milwaukee. Even Richard Hamilton is available. Go after him. Not saying I want them to, though...haha...but those guys would thrive in the Cleveland offense, playing with both LeBron and Shaq (who are willing passers, especially to long-range shooters). It could be the difference between a second-round exit against Boston or Orlando, or a Finals appearance, and a ticket to keep LeBron in Cleveland. Art
These new findings about West's mental state must be why despite his good play on multiple teams he is always traded.
