I like that the 360 sized them down a bit, and now they feel perfect. I guess going to the PS3 controller after using the 360 one for years just felt weird, and I didn't like it. I actually got the Xbox 360 because I had never had an Xbox before. When I went to buy it I got Halo 3 because I had never ever played it before and I'd heard a lot about Halo 2.
