The Nets have been decimated by injuries all season and now Lopez is listed as day-to-day. Lopez hasn’t missed a game in his NBA career.

He came out of the trainer’s room and said it wasn’t that bad. He went up to block Tony Battie’s shot and either came down on Battie’s or Sean Williams’ foot. No x-rays were required.

“There was initial pain,” Lopez said. “I don’t think it’s anything serious.”

Will you play tomorrow?

“I don’t know,” Lopez said. “Whatever [Tim Walsh] says. It feels fine right now. Trust me, watching film hurt a lot more.”

Frank wouldn’t divulge who starts if Lopez can’t play, but he doesn’t have many choices. It’s Josh Boone or Williams.
