Lkr
I called it all year long, but no one listens to me. The SEC isn't that good this year. After Alabama and Florida, there is no one else. Everyone else is average. Florida struggled against some weaker teams, and played a HORRIBLE OOC schedule. I knew they weren't #1 material, but I got put down every week. Well now it is my turn to say HA! Florida has been extremely overrated all year.

I'm pretty sure they would poop all over the Trojans if they played them.
Lkr
Just because Florida is having one bad game? Wow. I'm pretty sure they would poop all over the Trojans if they played them. They probably would, but USC sucks this year. At least USC played a real OOC school, though.Florida struggled in the first half and half of the third quarter against VANDERBILT. They struggled against Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi State, extremely overrated LSU, SCAR. They were just getting by in EVERY game. Now I'm not sure if they did against anyone else since I don't follow them.
The Great iBoldin
There aren't very many "good" teams this year. Pittsburgh was in the top ten for three or four weeks. West Virginia and the likes of those kind of teams kept creeping inside the top 25. Washington was even top 25. There were a lot of garbage teams this year. Now I'm not sure if they did against anyone else since I don't follow them.Alabama had 2 games with real competition and the Auburn game was one of them. However, being a road rivalry game, I can understand it being a competition. Florida struggled with Georgia for a bit before blowing them out

Cobb
I would laugh so hard if Alabama was to get killed by whoever they play in the National Championship game.
Flash
There might not have been too many great teams but the SEC was still the strongest conference this year even if it was a "top heavy" conference. The Pac 10 could make a good argument as well.
OSUBucksfan09
I think if Bama plays Texas I believe Colt will make sure that texas wins. Either way though just happy Florida won't win the national championship.
Lkr
So LSU and South Carolina don't count as "real" competition?I already owned you in the other thread about Gerhart, but you didn't read the stats. I'm not wasting my time again, you've proved you don't keep up with college football

I'm not wasting my time again, you've proved you don't keep up with college football lol you didn't "own" anyone. Tell me how they don't count? LSU was a top 10 team at one point this year and USCe has a tremendous defense. Prove that they aren't good teams.

Lkr
I forgot they played Virginia Tech too. So do they not count now either?Florida played VT? LMFAO and look at the links in the other thread. I showed you that all those teams defenses aren't as great as you thought. You either can't read, or you know nothing about college football Edited December 6, 2009 by Lkr
Flash
I was referring to when you said Bama had 2 games vs. good competition with one being the Auburn game. If you didn't mean it that way then that's my bad. Bama played a strong OOC team this year and won easily.
Lkr
Yes, Bama did. Florida didn't. That was what I was getting at
ChosenOne
That defense is good enough to keep them in any game. There defense is good enough to win them game let alone keep them in it.

Not only do they play horrible OOC teams but they play them either at home or at FSU which is ridiculous in itself.
crabbylion
Well, that's it guys! The Tebow-Spikes saga is done. Now time for some Brantley-Jenkins. As a Gator fan i'm gonna say no worries. We couldn't win all of em.
