Wallace, who called Toronto's Hedo Turkoglu a "flopper," expected the fine but certainly doesn't agree with it. "I'm definitely taking this one to the appeals board," he said. "I knew it was going to happen, but I don't know why (it did). I didn't talk about no refs.
