As of Sunday, only Portland had played more games than the Mavericks. Dirk Nowitzki says the Mavericks 'haven't really scratched the surface yet' due to injuries, but the 12-5 record is nice. Starting today, and throughout December, things get a little more normal. After six back-to-back sets in the first 17 games, the Mavericks only have two such situations from now until the new year. He's so versatile and he and Marion is an awesome tandem to have when you're competing against the likes of Kobe/Artest, R-J/Manu and JR/Carmelo in the West.
