Phightins
The deal is done. Allen Iverson is once again a 76er. Iverson has agreed to a non-guaranteed contract with the Sixers. "In light of the recent injury to Lou Williams, which will sideline him for close to eight weeks, we felt that Allen was the best available free agent guard to help us at this time,” said team president Ed Stefanski said in a statement released by the team. As a result perhaps the most star-crossed player in the franchise’s history has returned. He will make his second Sixers debut Monday at home against Denver. http://www.csnphilly.com/pages/landing_09?AI-Is-Back-Iverson-76ers-Agree-to-Terms=1&blockID=97860&feedID=704 Bam

Dr. Feelgood
Now I don't have to be ashamed to wear my 76ers cap! (I got it free from when my grandmother worked at Nike)
Phightins
It is going to be weird as hell seeing the Wachovia Center full for something besides a Flyers game or concert.
Owner Real Deal Posted December 2, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted December 2, 2009 Wow, so if he plays the next game (excluding tonight), it's against Charlotte (Larry Brown) on Saturday. Then he plays the Nuggets in his Philadelphia homecoming on Monday. Then the Pistons in Philly on Wednesday. LOL. Perfect timing.

Lol, learn the Princeton offense. How long do you think Allen pays attention in that lesson?
fish7718
Eh, it's nice to see AI back in a sixers jersey, despite being a Knicks fan he was always one of my favorites, nice to see him back where he belongs.
NJNJ
Ah so it is official. Been waiting for this day. Was always so used to seeing him with Sixers, rather than going from one team to another Hopefully things work out this time.

Guest N4S
"I would like to, without really seeing him on the floor, I would like to compare him to Brett Favre," said Sixers coach Eddie Jordan about Allen Iverson. "A guy who people think is too old to play, and he's almost having an MVP year."

Dr. Feelgood
Sweet. Now I'll actually want to want a few 76ers games. Want to want to? He's so excited! Hah. No really though, I couldn't be happier for Iverson. Sure he's a drama queen sometimes but Philly is just right.

Guest N4S
Tickets sales are being reported as through the roof already. Monday's game sold out in like 2 hours after the rumor was floating around.
NJNJ
This will for sure boost up their low attendance, considering they rank 29th out of 30 regarding attendance.
