Celtics3420
Toronto's prime time VC or Orlando's prime time T-Mac? Tough choice right here. Idk who'd i'd take though im leaning towards T-Mac slightly.

Check my Stats
Vince has been and most likely always will be the superior player by far.
EastCoastNiner
Odd that both the Orlando Magic fan and the Toronto Raptors fan choose the one-dimensional player, Vince Carter. I've said it many time before that he is the type of player that coaches tell you not to be like. T-Mac every day of the week.
Dr. Feelgood
I'd take TMac as well. He can pass, he can shoot, he can play defense, he can drive the ball. I'd take TMac anytime. I really really like TMac and I still think he's got some gas left in the tank. I'd take him then and I'd take him now.

Flash
A prime VC might have been the best player in the league. Damn injuries. In his prime in Toronto no question VC.

In the years that I have posted stats for above VC played one more game than T Mac if i remember correctly.
Owner Real Deal Posted December 5, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted December 5, 2009 Carter. He had success in the playoffs, leading a team past the first. I can't say the same for McGrady...and really, that's all it comes down to for me, because with the two playing at nearly the same level in their primes (and neither playing defense, by the way), it comes down to who has the most success. ankit p
I would have to say a healthy Tracy McGrady is better than Vince Carter, hands down.

MainEv3nt
Tmac hands down even tho vc had more success. tmac at one point was arguably the best in the league.

papertrail
I'm not a VC fan at all, but I would take him over McGrady 7 days out of the week.

B-Marsh>R-Moss
Prime Tmac was better than Prime Vince, Vince's career has been better than T-Mac's. It's really as simple as that. Both are soft though and I doubt they'll ever win a championship. They might, but I just don't see it happening.
JWaLL
This thread is filled with fanboys and homers... the post made by Dead By Dawn speaks enough. Prime definitely T-Mac. When he's healthy, he's a better scorer and passer. Not knocking on VC, but gimme T-Mac every time.
