His Greatness
The defense—also probably the league's worst—is brutal, and Jordan's only selling point, his offensive system, is at a subterranean level. And the worst part is that we'll probably have to endure this atrocity for one more year because Jordan is BFFs with the GM. Discuss. GamerGuy
I don't think any team could be worse defensively than the Raptors. At least the 76ers try to play some defense, granted its not very good. I think with Iverson back the team will be a little bit more inspired to play defense, and the offense will come in due time. The team looked much better last night than they did in previous games, so its a step in the right direction. You guys definitely need to kick Eddie Jordan out though. He could probably benefit by having more time to get used to the team, and vice versa, but he's not really a good fit for the team anyway. Conversely, the Sixers actually have the personnel to play defense. They retained most of the players from last season (and the year before that) when they were ranked in the top 10 defensively. And that's very unlikely. Iverson can't fix a broken system. No player can.
Guest N4S
The 6ers could be really sick on defense. Iggy, Ivey, Thad, Speights, Sammy, Rodney Carney are all nice defensive players. With the defensive mentality coach they could be even better.

Dr. Feelgood
What happened to this guy? He went from an above decent coach in Washington to a below decent coach...No way Philly should be this bad on D.

He's mistake-prone like every rookie, but he's really impressed me with his tenacity. Definitely a keeper.

His Greatness
Eddie Jordan > Don NelsonVery compelling, well thought out argument, but I disagree. You almost had me convinced though with the "Don Nelson" part.

Well, you don't need to convince any of us, we all know how bad he is. And there is a reason the Sixers haven't done anything. A. He is Stefanski's butt buddy and B. they already have multiple coaches still on the books.
Amare320
He isn't the best.. which we all know. Id actually rather see the D man who was interm coach last season become the head coach, he did decent, better than eddie.
