Doc
INDIANAPOLIS (AP)—Indiana Pacers forward Danny Granger(notes), last season’s NBA most improved player, will miss at least four weeks with a foot injury. The team said on Tuesday that Granger had a torn right plantar fascia, the tissue across the bottom of the foot connecting the heel and toes. The Pacers said he won’t need surgery and was starting rehabilitation. Coach Jim O’Brien said Granger, the team’s leading scorer who averages 24.4 points per game, had been playing with a bad heel for about six weeks. http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news?slug=ap-pacers-granger&prov=ap&type=lgns
papertrail
That is just terrible luck for Indiana. You just got Dunleavy back and now you lose Granger. :o

Cobb
Looks like the Pacers are going to end up with a pretty high lottery pick next summer.
