damien Posted December 14, 2009 Report Share Posted December 14, 2009 http://www.cbssports.com/collegefootball/story/12620425/big-12-official-says-right-call-made-at-end I don't have the link to the article, but a Yahoo official writer said that he calculated it and on the 23 incomplete passes before the Mccoy one at the end, a total of about 24 seconds were let run off of the clock, but the officials let that specific one go so that the Big 12 wouldn't go a 4th or 5th straight year without a team in the NC game.
