My conclusion is it gathers info from your Internet searches and connects the dots from the vague questions, though thats just my hypothesis. Each question leads to another which narrows it down to a really obvious answer, than we don't notice how obvious the questions are to the answer because we read them one at a time. I was thinking of Michael Scott from The Office and one of the questions was 'does your character work in an office?' and 'is your character an idiot?'.. It's fun, but obvious as to how it works.
