Because of his gigantic talents, his overwhelming power, his freight-train speed, his resounding dunks and his chase-down blocks of breakaways, most NBA watchers believe LeBron James to be the best player in the league.

 

While conceding LBJ's gargantuan upside, I humbly beg to disagree. By my lights, the honor belongs to Kobe Bryant.

I see what ChosenOne is trying to say, it seems like there is an article each week explaining why Kobe is better than Lebron, and it seems like each of those get posted here. We've heard, we know, Kobe is better. It doesn't take multiple articles about the same seemingly endless debate to reach that consensus.

While I don't disagree that Kobe is better than LeBron, I think you need to look up what the word obvious means.

 

Show Spelled Pronunciation [ob-vee-uhs]

–adjective 1. easily seen, recognized, or understood; open to view or knowledge; evident: an obvious advantage.

 

Used in a sentance: Kobe is obviously better than LeBron.
