Owner Real Deal Posted December 17, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted December 17, 2009 Pau Gasol scored 26 points and pulled down 22 rebounds in the Lakers' 107-106 overtime win at Milwaukee. The last Lakers player with at least 25 points and 20 rebounds in a game was Shaquille O'Neal, who scored 31 with 26 boards on March 21, 2004. That game was also a one-point overtime win over the Bucks, with Kobe Bryant making the game-winner.http://espn.go.com/espn/elias?date=20091217 How odd is that? Teletopez
Quite random, but I remember that several years ago, the Nets hosted the Bucks during a blizzard, so few people showed up to the game, and they announced on the PA that everyone in the upper level could come down and sit in the lower level. A couple seasons later (I think it was last season), the same exact thing happened when we hosted Milwaukee. Speaking of Milwaukee coincidences, even though this is even more random, Prince Fielder, the Brewers 1B, (yes, this guy) hit an inside the park homerun on the same exact day of the year in consecutive years. Milwaukee and their coincidences .
