Guest California Dreamin'
The Bulls need to fire him before Christmas because the team already tuned him out and gave up on him. Bring in Byron Scott. Blow this team up and only keep Rose and Noah.

Guest California Dreamin'
It seems like yesterday that they just fired Skiles. Now they are going to have to pay three coaches at the same time. This team has no heart. <_< Edited December 23, 2009 by California Dreamin'
Owner Real Deal Posted December 23, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted December 23, 2009 They need a true leader, a good coach, AND a scoring post presence.
Guest California Dreamin'
They need a true leader, a good coach, AND a scoring post presence.Yeah, Derrick Rose should step up and take over the leadership role from Captain Kirk and Deng. The Bulls needs to surround Derrick with good players instead of having mediocre players.
Erick Blasco
They haven't tuned him out and they play hard for him on defense. He needs to find some way to get John Salmons going though. He has no spacing on the floor though because Salmons hasn't been able to make the transition to shooting guard. I'm all for criticizing Vinny D, but don't say things like they don't play hard for him when they are playing hard for him.
Gooner
Yeah lets blame Vinny. It's his fault that John Salmons sucks. It's his fault that we have nobody who can score when it matters. It's his fault that our owner is cheap.

Now that Deng is the primary option, the best defensive guards can focus on Rose, and that's why he's struggling, and so is his team. It's already looking like Rose will need to be someone's Robin for his entire career. He has blown at least 3-4 games this season, by himself, with ignorant plays (passes and shots), including his weird attempt at a pass late in the game tonight. I'm all for criticizing Vinny D, but don't say things like they don't play hard for him when they are playing hard for him.No, the team tuned him out a couple of weeks ago and Vinny doesn't care about the team. One NBA scout courtside insisted that, “Vinny ran three [different] plays the whole half and barely made any [play] calls. We don’t even know what to write down. They had a lot more variety last year, a lot more ball movement. It was almost like Vinny said, ‘Screw it, you guys figure it out.’ ” Do you really think a good coach who cares about his team is going to be doing this? It's already looking like Rose will need to be someone's Robin for his entire career. Since you are so good with stats -- look up when Kobe and AI made their first GW shot. You forgot about him scoring 10 points in the final 2 minutes + overtime vs. Atlanta and he also tied the game with 35 seconds left. He tied the game up vs the Chicken Nuggets with 35 seconds left and 10 seconds left. He scored the go ahead bucket against the Nets with 20 seconds to go. Blame the scrubs on the team, the horrible coaching staff, and the cheap [expletive] owner, and the dumb front office. Gooner
"To tell you the truth, I don't know what we ran last year," Rose said. "I just forgot. I tell you, I swear, I forgot some of the plays that we ran last year."Awesome.

I agree about Gordon being his meal ticket; Gordan really solidified this team whether some want to believe it or not. Rose doesn't look like he can truly lead this team on his own. I think they need another 1on1 guy to really be any sort of threat. I mean maybe Rose will turn into that guy, but the past few games he's looked really bad. But he is still young. Can you imagine how nasty the Bulls would be if they brought a guy like Wade in next year?
Warren2ThaG
You can't fire him, cause the next coach might do bad also. But Vinny is young and will probably redeem himself over the 2nd half.
Poe
Can you imagine how nasty the Bulls would be if they brought a guy like Wade in next year?Wade has no reason to go to Chicago other than maybe the fact that he grew up there, but that only puts more pressure on him because he is always with family and friends who will be on Wade's back for tickets and whatnot. Wade has a better situation for him in Miami team-wise, anyway, especially looking at the future. Wade and Beasley > Wade and Rose. Actually.. Wade, Beasley, and an all star SF from FA (LeBron, Johnson, T-Mac, Gay, etc.) >>> Wade, Rose, and Deng Edited December 23, 2009 by Poe
Guest California Dreamin'
Pete Myers is going to be taking over the team.
Pooh25
Pete Myers is going to be taking over the team. Doubt it. The Chicago Bulls are going to look wisely for a well-respected head coach for the off-season and don't want to go the interim way unless necessary.
