reno
http://static.nfl.com/static/content/catch_all/nfl_image/tony-dungy-320x230.jpgNow that the colts are 14-0 with a new head coach, was dungy ever really that good as his record may suggest? Or was it all inflated because of peyton manning? Me thinks it was peyton mannings team all these years, and dungy was probably at best an average quiet coach. The Regime
Dungy has always been a winner, he coached the Bucs made them a SuperBowl team but unfortunate for him John Gruden gets all the credit. What he has done for the Colts is self explanatory, they have been the most consistent team this decade.

fly3rs18
dungy was definitely a good coach, but having peyton does make him seem better then he actually is.
CaliCurbStomppa
peyton the one that made the colts that good. He probably gonna be the best qb to ever play the game when he retires. The smartest football player in the game
The Artesticle
Dungy was a great football coach, but he's a great person as well, which is what matters most.
JYD
Yeah Dungy is a real good coach. Obviously they didn't need to differ too much from the scheme he ran for his tenure in Indy, considering they haven't seen anything BUT success. Sure, he had a talented team for all his years, but to be fair, every coach needs talent on his team to win...well, pretty much. Outside of Belichick there really isn't any coach who will win without a talented group of players.
