Probably bulk up the next few months then later in the year ill cut. You guys might laugh because can i honestly eat all this day in, day out? Im gonna be like a pig, eating like a caveman! DAY 1 meal one (BREAKFAST)5 egg whites scrambled1 cup of oatmealblueberries24 oz water meal 2 (LUNCH)chicken breastssweet potatoespeas24 oz water meal 3 (SNACK)tuna fish1 cup brown ricegrapes24 oz water meal 4protein shake meal 5dinner24oz water meal 6 5 egg whites scrambled1 cup of brown riceapple24 oz water DAY 2 5 egg whites scrambled1 cup of oatmealgrapes24 oz water meal 2 (LUNCH)streakcornturkey24 oz water meal 3 (snack)salmonchunkey soupapple24 oz water meal 4 protein shake meal 5dinner24 oz water meal 61 cup of brown ricepeanut butter sandwichblueberries24 oz water DAY 3meal one (BREAKFAST)5 egg whites 1 cup of oatmealapples24 oz water meal 2 (LUNCH)porkchopsweet poatoesgreen beans24 oz water meal 3tunachuney soup1 cup of brown rice24 oz water meal 4 protein shake meal 5dinner24 oz water meal 6chicken casuea salad1 cup of oatmealgrapes24 oz water On day 4 and day 5 ill switch it up. Gonna be tough but i think i can do it. Didn't eat much like this last year when i was bulking so i think ill be even bigger when i do this. Posted January 4, 2010 Report Share Posted January 4, 2010 Looks good, when working out, a strict diet for myself is the only thing I've never done however I do watch what I eat more closely when lifting. It's a good exercising diet no doubt, but not questioning you but it seems that can be a lot of money per day, you think that's going to be a problem? Ill admit on Monday i felt so full because it a lot food but after i got though that day my body got used to it.
