Legacy
Not a big college fan, but why don't people think Colt McCoy will be good in the NFL? He's been impressive from what I've seen.
ChosenOne
Good work Matt. I think if anyone coming out of this draft has a chance to become a star QB it would be Colt McCoy.

He's been impressive from what I've seen. He's a good quarterback, very consistent and a very accurate arm, however, many teams dont need a new starting QB at the moment so he wont be a first rounder. He will definitely be drafted though in the first 3-4 rounds.
BasX
From what I've been told about Thomas, looks like a good pick for Pittsburgh
The Artesticle
I highly doubt we (Eagles) take an offensive lineman in the first round. There's too many needs to pick someone to ride the bench. But then again, Andy Reid loves to piss me off so I wouldn't be surprised, he may even pick a quarterback! Realistically though, Eagles should target a defensive end, cornerback, or safety. Those areas need to be addressed first. Wouldn't be too opposed if we took a linebacker or running back either. Just no offensive linemans in the first 3 rounds.

The Eagles o-line especially the guards, have all got heart within the season and activated people from the practice squad to replace them. Iupati is one of the best guard prospects in the last decade.

I wouldn't go with one first round but in the 2nd or 3rd, yeah. Too bad we don't have a high pick to snag Berry, kid is a beast.
Guru
Man I wish AD (Anthony Davis) didn't declare this year. Another P-Way soldier, from PHS to RU. Thats my [expletive]a. Edited January 6, 2010 by GURU™
CaliCurbStomppa
if the Rams get Suh there dline gonna be pretty crazy soon. Jake Long looked decent and having Suh on team should be good. Maybe they should draft Colt McCoy in the second round cuz Marc Bulger is so old and they really need a qb but they also have nobody who is a playmaker except Stephen Jackson
xx.
Yeah, currently the Rams biggest need is definitely quarterback. However, all the quarterbacks in this draft are a reach for the first overall pick so it is safer to grab Suh and get the sure thing. A QB in the second round in this draft (McCoy, Pike, Mallett) would make a lot of sense.
Owner Real Deal Posted January 6, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted January 6, 2010 The STUPID Raiders will probably take Dexter McCluster in the first, since he's probably the fastest player in the draft. Idiots. I know we need to protect Russell, and Campbell would help...but man, I just don't like what we have to protect to begin with. I just hope we select a QB, doesn't matter who as long as it's someone committed to playing and has an accurate arm. If we weren't paying JaMarcus so much money, I'd be more confident in us selecting a new one...but yeah...
xx.
Campbell is not a top 10 pick, however, he is clearly said to be the fastest OT in the draft which is why I have him going to Oakland. OT is always a safe pick, and two players in a row from Maryland, you know one of them has to be good..lol
