Trying to work my way up, but damn It's discouraging. btw, some reason when I was squatting I [expletive]ed up my shoulder .Its probably your traps and not your shoulder and its just sore from the bar being on it. Cristall0x Posted January 14, 2010 Report Share Posted January 14, 2010 i usually just go to the gym and run for 3-6 miles or so. 3 miles on days im going to work on my lower body and 5-6 on days where i just run. occasionally work on my upper body. why i have such a nice body.
