Warren2ThaG
Cavs, Nuggets, Wolves want parts of PacersThe Indiana Pacers may have only won 11 games this season and are tied with the Philadelphia 76ers for second to last place in the Eastern Conference but there are apparently a few players on the team that some playoff contenders would like to have for themselves. The Denver Nuggets are apparently coveting Jeff Foster(notes) of the Pacers, according to ESPN. The hope is that Foster will provide an extra big body to throw at the Los Angeles Lakers if and when a playoff matchup between the two takes place. And Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski has heard that the Minnesota Timberwolves want to get their hands on the Pacers' Danny Granger(notes) and offered up forward Al Jefferson(notes) to make it happen. Indy wasn't interested. Wolves general manager David Kahn has apparently soured on the 25-year-old Jefferson being a bedrock to build his team around. The forward has three more years and $42 million left on his contract after this season is over. On the flip side, that's exactly what Pacers prez Larry Bird appears to want to do with Granger in Indiana. Wojnarowski also reports that the Cleveland Cavaliers wouldn't mind grabbing the Pacers forward Troy Murphy(notes) or the Washington Wizards' Antawn Jamison(notes). Both players, as you can imagine, would supposedly love to be moving to Cleveland right now, considering the disarray of both of those teams.----http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/rumors
