Before last night, the worst loss suffered by a Roy Williams North Carolina team was to Kansas in the 2008 Final Four. (In case you forgot, that was the infamous game that Billy Packer declared "over" before the third TV timeout.) But that 18-point loss was topped on Wednesday at Clemson where the Tar Heels fell, 83-64.

Besides "UNC playing poorly," those two games had one big thing in common: Roy Williams' tie.

A crack investigative report by ACC Now's Robbi Pickeral discovered that the dapper Williams was wearing a nearly identical tie in both blowout losses.

UNC was overrated from the start. Way to young and green to be a top 5 team to start the season. The same argument can be made for Kentucky but Kentucky is simply more talented and their freshman are more polished. They'll be a force by next year though.

Well they're the defending champs so the ranking was because of that. They're definitely young but next year they're gonna be serious if Henson stays. He's got ridiculous potential to go along with they're incredible recruiting class.
