ChosenOne
Roy to get injection, out at least seven days Brandon Roy will get a plasma injection in his right hamstring and will be re-evaluated on Thursday. Roy is definitely out for the next five games and it would be a big surprise if he plays on the Blazers' two-game trip to Texas next weekend. The protein-rich injection has been used with some success on football players and his timetable will depend on how the hamstring responds to it. Jerryd Bayless will start on Friday, with Martell Webster, Steve Blake and Rudy Fernandez all getting a bump in value. Twitter
Warren2ThaG
Plays injured way too often. Rest some and give Bayless some run.
Dr. Feelgood
I would prefer Roy to play like...5 mins during the All-Star game. I don't want to see him out there that long. Just take the week off and rest.
ChosenOne
Right now I would be really surprised if he played at all in the All Star game.
Sun Tzu
Roy should take his time to get back onto the court. Although the Blazers need his help, if he rushes things and plays when he isn't 100% then he might get injured again and that is something the Blazers don't want happening.
