SRV Posted January 24, 2010 Report Share Posted January 24, 2010 I have always has this annoying problem, if my hand is not resting on a table or something, it is always shaking. For example, if I am drinking something and I am holding the cup, my hand shakes, if I am pouring water into my cup, my hands shake. Or if I just life my hand off a table it shakes. Anyone else have this problem, or know how to fix it? Its not a medical problem because it has been like this pretty much my whole life. Could be your thyroid, could be essential tremor (although I think that happens more when you're working your hands), could be anxiety.
