Cobb
Ok, so I'm still having problems. Basically, I'm an idiot with computers. I know the basics but other then that I know nothing. Right now when I log onto my computer it tells me to click on which operating system I want to use. Then once I click on one and sign in the only icon I see is the recycle bin. I don't have any other icons on the screen and I have no access to the internet. What do I need to do to get my computer back to normal??

andreusito
For help I recommend putting some more infoVista, XP, Mac, WIN7? Try going to Administator panel, File, Run and typeexplorer.exe

Cobb
Well, I got everything working but for whatever reason I can't seem to install my Video Driver. I put the disc in with the Drivers and Utilities on them and I extract it. Then when it's done extracting it tell me something like some files are missing or corrupt. I've also tried going to Dell.com and downloading them but I'm not even sure which one to download for my computer because when I put in my Service Tag it brought up like nine different video drivers.
