She needs top five. You can vote every day, with as many email addresses as you want...but all you have to do is confirm the vote using that email (once you enter it). It's done so multiple votes aren't cast from the same person/email. It's very simple, really. There's no spam involved, just a couple of clicks to vote, and that's it.
