Owner Real Deal Posted February 1, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted February 1, 2010 Gotta find someone else to co-sign for you. That's all you really can do if you want a brand new car. I guess you could go to a few dealerships that aren't as well-known (you know, like "Carl Landry Auto" instead of running to a Mazda dealership). Sometimes, those dealers will work with you as long as you have income rolling in, and they'll help you get financed. You probably won't get a brand new car, though...but you can still get something nice.

fish7718
I would just get an older car for now and start working on my credit, a few years down the line you will be able to purchase a newer car,
Warren2ThaG
don't go to a dealer, just don't.
ChosenOne
Yeah it really should not be a big problem if you are not looking for a brand new car, but the best way to build up your credit is get a credit card and make a couple of small buys a month and make sure you pay it off. Do that for a couple of months and you should you will being the good/decent credit region making buying a car easier. I would try some serious convincing to your mom to co sign. Why will she not in the first place?
fly3rs18
why isnt your mom gonna cosign. there has to be a reason why she thinks you dont need a car
