Cobb Posted May 1, 2010 Author Report Share Posted May 1, 2010 Halo 3 blows compared to the Beta. Nothing registers in Halo 3 because the Battle Riffle is [expletive]ed up. Even though there are only two maps in the Beta right now more playlists are going to be released soon. My favorite weapons are the Needle Rifle and DMR. What about you guy? Of course, I'm not really into it competitively anymore so I don't really care. If this was Halo 3 with fixed hit registering, it would be better than Reach, because I'm just sick of the grenade spamfest and crappy crosshairs. You have got to remember that this is a 17-day Beta so they probably know they are going to be things that need to be fixed. Cut them some slack man, it is Bungie we are talking about. As for the bloom, well it's makes the game take much more skill. I love the Reach Beta aside from the fact that only two maps are available. They'll be listening to it this time because it's the last game they are making so obviously they want to make it their best. Anyways, some things I have noticed are: -The Matchamking Lobby is the best there is on any game right now-The ability to pick what game type you want to play-Games are too slow-Nades are WAY too powerful-Powerhouse is 10x better than Swordbase Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Swordbase better not be in the actual game because it is a terrible map for King and Flag because without a jetpack it takes a bajillion years to get to the hill or flag. Plus, by the time you're halfway to the hill it has moved. Also, Bungie is ballin'. They have given out like 300+ codes today. SRV Posted May 3, 2010 Report Share Posted May 3, 2010 I know they are backed up, but for some reason. my friend is able to play games like its all good, forcing me to sit there like an idiot waiting for it to let me search for a match, and I literally sat around for 2 hours waiting for the option to start matchmaking.
