Poe
WADE: T-MAC STILL GOT GAME DALLAS -- Miami's Dwyane Wade said he believes Tracy McGrady just needed more of a chance in Houston. Wade worked out with the trade target of the Knicks over the summer in Chicago, when McGrady was rehabbing from microfracture knee surgery. "I think he has something left," Wade told the Post yesterday after the Eastern Conference practice at the NBA's All-Star weekend. "He just needed time to prove it. He's not going to go out and score 50 in his first game. He had to get back in the rhythm of the team." McGrady played in six games this season, averaging 3.2 points in 7.7 minutes before Houston coach Rick Adelman sent him away so the Rockets could deal him. If they can't by Thursday's deadline, the Knicks are hopeful McGrady will be bought out so they could try to sign him. A source said Rockets owner Les Alexander doesn't want to do McGrady any favors. "I think he should play [this season]," Wade said of McGrady. "He's been working real hard to get his body back."Source

ChosenOne
I agree I really wish we would let him play but we have decided not to. I really wish some team would give us an offer for him that we cant refuse. I still like him as a player.
