Holy hell my little cousin is so spoiled. I haven't walked into his room in years, but today I saw the truth. He has 3 massive Marshall guitar amps, 3 other mini amps, a Les Paul, a V body guitar, and some other guitar...a 42 inch TV mounted on his wall with surround sound speakers , a PS3, 360, Macbook, and a whole bunch of other stuff. He is only 16 years old.

Maaaaan I'm still sweating from Thursday night.. my body is still feeling the effects.. Love it.

I got my summer lined up pretty well.

 

Started off with Decadence, its this huge DJ festival we have in Toronto. I got to see Calvin Harris, Kaskade , and Axwell!

 

Then later this summer I'm going to Lollapalooza, Spectrum Electric Festival (Another DJ festival on a campground), Space Ibiza Toronto Festival, Skrillex, Axwell, Avicii, and WEMF with guys like Rusko there.

 

I'm hoping to go to a few more big shows this summer but should be a blast.

I'm brown, but the top looks flat out disgusting.

 

Throw some chicken in there, with some chana and naan, and that's what I call a first class meal.

 

Or better yet...

 

BUTTER. CHICKEN.

 

+ naan. Everything goes great with naan.

I remember seeing a few posts before about proper working out for weight gaining but I can't find it.

 

What's probably the most important thing to take into account when working out on a weight gaining work out, other than the obvious of eating healthy. Would it be better for me to lift heavier with 8-10 reps?

If you want to gain weight? (muscle I guess) Then you want to lift heavier weights, so you should aim for a high weight with 6-10 times maybe like 10-8-6, if you can get ,more reps go for it. If you are looking to burn fat and tone up you want to start light and go something like 15-12-10-8, both of these exerciser should kick your ass if you're lifting the proper weight.
