2-3 years ago we were all debating which RB was the best in the NFL.

Now within the strech of 2 days both were released by their long time teams.

Where will Brian Westbrook and LaDainian Tomlinson be next year?

Dunno about Westbrook he could land anywhere and for LT he stated he wants play for championship team but you always dont get what you want so it might be hard for him to sign with a team that isn't a championship caliber. We'll have to see

Steelers have come up a little in the LT talk from the media. I'd be cool with it but there is no way he gets a starting role from the Steelers but if he wants a title, few better places in the league.

I think LT to the Patriots would be dumb, they already have like 5 backs.

1. Faulk, hes staying

2. Maroney, a dissapointment

3. Taylor, too old

4. Green-Ellis, scrub

5. Morris, decent

no its not dumb at all. Put him alongisde Faulk and Morris and were deadly..

^Plus LT is not going to be willing to split touches with 3 other guys. He is best suited as a third down back for some team that needs a compliment.

Exactly which brings me back to what I said, they have too many backs right now... he's a Pats fan though.

Bigdog: no

Confidence: he'd be our starter with Faulk doing some third down runs and Morris coming in for LT when hes fatigued. Watch i guarentee the Patriots will sign a big name running back this offseason.

No? Well sorry kid, you won't be getting LT with the current amount of backs you already have. It's really that simple. Unless two decide to leave, and Maroney wants to lose carries after a having his best year.

Given his choice, LaDainian Tomlinson would sign with Houston. But Texans haven't fared well with veteran backs, so deal there not likely.

WTF are we thinking? If we're his preferred choice then sign him now!
