Cleveland's Finest
WKNR 850 AM's Michael Reghi, who I will join in minutes, is reporting that Z has decided to re-sign with the Cavs. scroll down a bit and it's there
The Regime
Well he'll have to wait until March 22nd, hopefully they hit some sort of slump by then (that's if Shaq is out for an extended period).
Lkr
I don't know why he is. He should go to a team he might get playing time for
Cleveland's Finest
I don't know why he is. He should go to a team he might get playing time for Playing time or ring? The Cavs gave him some huge contracts throughout his career despite his season long injuries. They stayed with him for his career, and he will do the same in return. It's a no brainer....go to Dallas or Atlanta, average a few more points and a few more minutes, eliminated in the 2nd round, retire, feel out of place, or go to Cleveland where the fans actually love you, where your family is, where you've been for years, play a few less minutes, have a better chance at a title, and knowing what a title means to Cleveland. Newman
No surprise there. Z is loyal to the Cavs and I never thought that he will re-sign with any other team.

Cleveland's Finest
Did you see where it said better chance at a title? Is it that far out a prediction that the best team in the league, who by the way it 7-2 against the Lakers, Celtics, Magic, and Hawks, wins a ring? Cleveland's Finest
They don't give rings for the regular season. Well when we got eliminated last year everyone pointed to the 4-6 record I think it was against the elite teams.... The one thing different is we are beating elite teams on the road....so when we succeed in the playoffs, point to tht.

Cleveland's Finest
Making more guarantees. I thought you learned last year that regular season success doesn't mean much It obviously does mean much....we got eliminated by the Magic in the playoffs, who almost beat us in Cleveland and killed us both times in Orlando during the regular season. We weren't built to play them, and we learned it. This year, we built ourselves to beat all the elite teams. Rather than losing by double digits in LA, Orlando, and Boston as we did last year, we won in each place in big ways. Why shouldn't I be confident things turn our way now considering the pattern I mentioned.

Flash
I don't think the Cavs are a much better team than Dallas right now Yeah I agree, Dallas was a horrible example to use as someone who is going to be a first or second round exit. Cleveland's Finest
Yeah, because they are favorites in the West? If you haven't realized, it's the Lakers, perhaps the Nuggets, and then everyone else. Unless you're perceived by their success so far. If you think Dallas is better than Cleveland, then who's the best team? Edited February 28, 2010 by Cleveland's Finest

If you think Dallas is better than Cleveland, then who's the best team? No one said they were better than Cleveland. READ. The Mavs just beat a very solid Atlanta team on the road without Caron Butler and they're still beginning to gel with the 3 new players. I won't say they're better than LA but it'll be an interesting race to see who gets the second spot. Sorry that some people here are trying to be objective. Cleveland's Finest
Objective as in you won't accept me having any confidence in my team whatsoever. Even the hint that I think they have a better chance at a title causes you to freak.
Dr. Feelgood
I personally don't think the Cavs will win it all this year. I don't know who will but I just don't think it'll be the Cavs.
