It likely won't, given Ryan's reluctance to give players free roam in the secondary unless they are a proven commodity. Cromartie could be a good piece, or he could be an average piece. They still have a great linebacker core to rush and you got Revis and Cromartie to worry about. I think Cromartie could be really good for that system.
