The Great iBoldin
Eh, Carolina has bigger, more pressing needs then getting another quarterback. Defensive line depth, receiver, tight end, etc. Matt Moore is passable for a year.
Dash
Don't know if I'd like seeing Colt heading to the Panthers but its better than the Raiders or Browns.
fish7718
That's all you got to come back with? Pete Carroll is in the NFL for a reason, because the guy can flat out coach. There's no use in arguing with me because you can't prove that Mays will be a pro bowler with anything besides look at his 6-pack or his biceps. That doesn't mean anything in the NFL if you can't cover for [expletive].Pete Carroll is in the NFL because he had to get of USC before the NCAA busted his [expletive] with recruiting violations. If I had the rosters he had I'd look like a good coach too. Taylor Mays has all the physical attributes to be good in the NFL, he's tall, he can run, tackle. Like Boldin said before you can teach a guy how to play a position, you can't teach physical attributes.

Like Boldin said before you can teach a guy how to play a position, you can't teach physical attributes. Nothing has happened to USC with the NCAA at all. Big college programs are never going to get hit hard with anything because they're the NCAA's moneymakers. Like Boldin said, Mays can cover deep because of his range but this is the NFL. You can't get by on physical tools alone. He likes to gamble on knocking a guy out rather than make a play on the ball and you know that'll backfire on him in the NFL. IMO his physical attributes best suit him at OLB, but that's JMO.

xx.
There you go Eagle fans you got your safety..... Crazy that if McCluster didnt go the pick before you would have grabbed him... hes the most similar thing to Chris Johnson in this draft and it seems like every single GM wants one of those players now. A great RB and WR combo in one.
The Great iBoldin
McCluster = Jamaal Charles. That's why I don't like that pick for KC. And TJ Ward, at the top of the second? Jeeeeez.

ChosenOne
Report: Clausen falling due to toe concerns Citing league sources with knowledge of the situation, the National Football Post reports Jimmy Clausen is sliding because of concerns about his surgically repaired right big toe. Specifically, "the degree of stiffness of the toe" caused concern during his physical at the Combine. Clausen's doctor deemed the surgery a success, and he performed well during his pro day despite limited mobility. It's quite possible that the injury is of the nagging variety, but that doesn't explain the concern at the Combine two months ago. xx.
Been calling it a while that the Panthers would definitely take a QB there but I thought it would be McCoy since Clausen would be picked. Since he was there, I just knew they had to pick him.... there is no way in hell they could pass up on him there Clausen, Williams, Stewart = NAAAAAAAASTY
