reno
Whats the best long lasting disk to backup your music files? I know that there is a bunch of cd-r, cd+r, dvd+r, dvd-r, ect ect. But what would be the best for long term storage? I do not need to rewrite the disk, it will be a one time copy. It would be nice to have a disk that can last 40+ years, and compatible with almost any device. Any recommendations?
Owner Real Deal Posted March 11, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted March 11, 2010 Use a USB flash drive. There are some that hold much, much more than a single DVD would.
